What is Nostalgia Nights? Nostalgia Nights is about making new friends, rekindling old friendships, networking and dancing the night away in relaxing and pleasant surroundings.  Have you noticed how as one grows older, your social calendar becomes an endless list of funerals, christenings, weddings etc. Your teenage years of clubbing disappear and you even begin to believe the hype and consider yourself too old to have fun! You’re burdened by work, children, lack of money and life in general. Having fun…..I mean real fun becomes something from the past…………In steps Nostalgia Nights…

The Nostalgia Nights idea came to Margarette Stevens in January 2004. She had experienced yet another uneventful Christmas holiday period when the entertainment scene was uneventfully.  Her family and friends were extremely enthusiastic when she discussed the idea with them. Margarette decided on the name ‘Nostalgia Nights’.

The concept was simple.  It was a club event for mature individuals.  The venue had to be a place where people could relax and enjoy themselves and it had to different.  If it wasn’t a nightclub, it had to create that kind of ambience. The music had to reflect times gone by. The ultimate goal was that every single individual attending a Nostalgia Nights event should leave with a song from the past that brought back memories of a first girlfriend/boyfriend, a first love, a time of happiness, a nostalgic period etc
